You know what I find really interesting here in Panama? The inflammatory scene of a nursing mother. Oh wait, it’s not. There’s no drama over this scene. Everywhere I look, on the ferry, waiting in line, at the doctor’s office, sitting on a park bench outside you see moms pull their shirts down, whip out a breast and attach a babe. No drama, no gasps. It’s natural. Baby’s hungry, you feed it. So there mom sits, talking, one bare boob hanging out with a baby nursing on it. I love it. Nobody covers up, nobody looks away, nobody says anything negative. In fact, I see loving smiles sent their way.
Americans make such a big deal out of stuff like this. This is the way it should be. Breasts’ main job is to feed babies. Get over it America.
